As the Assistant Principal responsible for 6th Form, Cassie oversees the academic and pastoral development of students, ensuring they are well-prepared for life beyond school. Since joining Harris Academy Sutton, Cassie has successfully established the 6th form, creating a supportive and high-achieving environment that encourages both personal growth and academic excellence. A key part of her role is providing tailored support for students navigating the UCAS process, offering guidance on university applications and helping them make informed decisions about their futures.
With a degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from Newcastle University, Cassie transitioned into teaching, starting their career in central London schools. Their experience spans both the UK and abroad, having taught at an international school in Madrid and spending four years at Dulwich College Beijing. Cassie brings a wealth of knowledge and global perspective to their leadership role, committed to guiding students through their final years of school with confidence and ambition.
